Orders and scope Brand Content services are booked one project or session at a time. Ordering a session does not start a subscription or commit you to future sessions. The selected products, their displayed prices, and any written quote we both approve define the work. A request is not a confirmed filming appointment until Citadel Photography confirms its scope and time. Residential property-listing media follows its separate pricing and service terms. Production On-site production time includes setup, filming, and equipment breakdown. Custom production has a two-hour minimum per videographer, then is measured in half-hour increments. After-hours work is time before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. at the filming location, or work on a weekend or holiday. The applicable rates and any drone charge are shown in the selected offer or an approved quote before the work proceeds. Deliverables and revisions The selected offer or approved quote states the number, approximate length, and format of finished videos. Standard editing includes music, basic titles or captions, color and audio adjustments, and one delivery format. Unless the selected offer says otherwise, an ongoing social-media session includes one revision round covering its videos, and a custom video project includes two. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback from everyone approving the project. Revisions may adjust pacing, clips, music, captions, and titles within the agreed direction. Corrections of Citadel Photography's mistakes or work needed to meet the agreed scope are free and do not consume a revision round. Additional work Additional filming, videos, alternate edits or formats, drone coverage, distinct finished AI clips, and revisions beyond the included rounds are charged only after we tell you the applicable price and you approve the additional work. An additional revision round is charged per affected video. Generation attempts, discarded AI variations, and reuse of the same finished AI clip are not separate AI clip charges. Timing We complete a consolidated revision round within two business days after receiving all feedback, replacement materials, and required approvals. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; counting begins on the next business day. We will communicate an updated date if materials or approvals are missing or a delay is outside our control. If we miss a paid revision deadline for a reason within our control, that paid round will be completed without charge for each affected video. Invoicing Invoices are issued upon delivery and are due within 15 days. Payment does not remove any included revision rounds. We will give at least 30 days' written notice of future rate changes; those changes apply only to newly requested work. These terms apply to orders submitted after you accept them and do not change earlier invoices or authorize charges for earlier work.
